Duties Summary
Incumbent will work directly with beneficiaries, lessees, and other land owners about the process of realty documentation and provide accurate trust asset information to all interested parties. General duties included assisting with the advertisement and publication of notices to general public and verifying data to process applications for contracts verifying regulatory compliance.

Typing Proficiency of 40 WPM

Specialized Experience GS-05:
1 year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level working with customers to provide
instructions on routine process and convey advice to customers on the application options; perform a variety of
administrative duties which include verifying completed application packet, answering phones, greeting guest,
responding to email inquiries, and assembly of publications.

Specialized Experience GS-06:
1 year specialized experience at the lower grade level to the GS-05 grade level providing lessee and land owner
information pertaining to disposal, tenure, right-of-way, permits, lease, and sales ; conveyance activities that
include verifying data in contracts, and assuring regulatory compliance; use of automated systems to manage
and input data to electronic records; gather pertinent data to build reports using dates and ownership records
from various sources; verify ownership reviewing current and historic data; monitor routine activities from
beginning to end.
