Attend to IT/Technical issues at outlets and Hubs within an Area.
Ensure the stable operation of all the IT gadget and internet at Outlets.
Diagnose hardware/software faults and provide solution
Solve technical and application problems
Support the roll out of new applications.
Setting up new agent’s accounts and profile, deals with agent’s technical issues.
Replacing faulty IT/Technical Equipment.
Installing and configuring Computer Operating system
Troubleshooting system and Network problems and finding solution
Format Computer systems where necessary
Carrying out and supervising construction activities at Outlets
Supervising and ensuring workstations and other shop facilities are built to specifications
Supervising all Administrative and Structural Maintenance of Outlets
Electrical Installation and wiring
Doors and Windows etc.
Installation and configuration of satellite dish, Decoder, Cabling
First degree/HND in Computer science or any related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Computer hardware maintenance, software and application installation, Networking, Satellite dish installation and other basic technical functions.
Facility Management Experience
IP Addressing and basic Networking Skills
Creative individuals with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
