Role and Responsibilities

As a Content & Community Manager at HealthPlus Limited, you will be at the forefront of our online presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Content Creation: Utilize your expertise to craft engaging content across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), WhatsApp Marketing, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Community Engagement: Drive the growth of our online community through innovative initiatives such as building forums, organizing events, launching ambassador programs, and curating email newsletters.
  • Content Strategy Development: Shape the content strategy of the company, ensuring it resonates with our target audience. Distribute marketing communications effectively to captivate and inform our online audiences.
  • Analytical Insight: Interpret website traffic data and online customer engagement metrics to refine strategies and enhance user experience.
  • Creative Video Editing: Showcase your video editing prowess by creating captivating video content that aligns with our brand, especially in lifestyle sectors like skincare and beauty.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads and Social Media Management, including content creation and video editing for platforms like TikTok.
  • A track record as a Community Manager, with demonstrated success in launching and growing online communities.
  • Experience in formulating content strategies and delivering targeted, relevant content.
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills, along with hands-on social media management proficiency for brands.
  • An understanding of online marketing channels and strategies.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing, particularly for lifestyle brands.
  • A BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
